Kokuzou Kiln offers the unique texture and warmth of pottery, the charm of hand painted designs, and shapes that are comfortable to use. It is one of the few kilns in the Kutani ware industry with an integrated production system, where all processes, from forming the clay to painting and firing, are done in house.

Kokuzou Kiln is located at the foot of Mt. Kokuzou in Ishikawa Prefecture. Its name comes from a bodhisattva renowned for boundless wisdom and virtue. The kiln strives to create pottery that is both elegant and beautiful.
